Having low self esteem makes you believe that you do not deserve anything good. A great way to improve your self-image is learning to love yourself, and show appreciation for yourself.
Do something nice that would make you happy – for example, schedule a spa session, or get a new haircut. Using the popular catchphrase "Treat Yo Self" from US sitcom Parks and Recreation, take some time out of your schedule and Treat Your Self. Doing something nice for yourself will make you feel better about who you are, which will certainly improve your self-esteem.

How to do it

Do this activity atleast once a week and notice how your self esteem improves over time. It will boost your mood and also make you look forward to this every week.
