Set yourself a reading challenge and read 50 books a year. 
Reading is known reduce stress and anxiety. It also improves sleep and can slow cognitive decline. Setting a reading challenge can provide you with a sense of purpose and on completion, a sense of achievement as well.

How to do it

Pick up a book of your choice and set yourself a target to read at least 30 pages a day. Doing this will help you finish a 200 page book within a week.
